Items must be kept unused and with all the original packing.
You can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit for future purchases that will be valid for 1 year only from the date of purchase. Exchange will not be allowed for items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers or any other discount offers. The product choice for exchange is subject to availability.
As soon as you notify us we will initiate the exchange process and guide you through the hassle free process.
By default, Items can only be picked up from the same address to where it was shipped. For any change in address, please contact the customer care. Kindly inform the customer care when the package is picked up from your address, preferably with the photo of the pickup receipt, so that we can keep a track of the returning order
Our exchange policy is valid for 24 hours after you receive the product. To avoid any misuse of this policy, any cases of late notification or any unreasonable demand will be handled on company’s discretion and we reserve the right to not process those returns.
For any subsequent exchanges on same order, customer will have to follow the following steps:
Inform the customer care on Whatsapp or email info@shreembrzeecrystals.com within 24 hours of receiving the items Send the product back to our office at their own expense within 5 working days and share the courier receipt photo with us so that we can track the order. The return address will be provided by the customer care staff

The next exchange order will be processed by us only after we receive back the items in due time frame, with all the original packing (the outer plastic cover not needed) and in intact/undamaged form.

Please be patient in the processing of exchanges, since there can be a slight delay in processing the exchange during festive and holiday season or due to the non-availability of the specific product.
Specific details of the products like color, raw material, size etc are mentioned with every product. We write it in a very easy to read manner and we encourage all our customers to read it before placing their order. However, It should be noted that sizes and colors of the products can not be customized.
Items can only be returned in exchange for other items or store credit. We don’t offer refunds unless a prepaid order is lost in transit or is undeliverable due to any reason or any wrong or damaged product received. We will send you the exchanged item, store credit or refund as soon as your returned product is received by us.
Failing to handover the products in original packing despite of 3 pickup attempts will result in cancellation of exchange request.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
No extra discounts can be availed on exchange products.
In cases of gifts, any returns or exchanges can only be initiated by the original purchaser or the product.
Currently we are accepting only replacement after receiving your order.
